Erection angle?
I am 21 years old and I find it troubling that my erection only reaches an angle of 80 degrees.
Isn't it normal for men to have an angle greater than 90 degrees? I have no issues with sexual intercourse or masturbation, and I believe my hardness is fine.
Even when the woman is not very wet, I can still complete the act successfully, but I am very concerned about the angle.
Am I abnormal? It worries me that as I age, the angle might decrease further.
What should I do about my current 80-degree angle?

It is recommended that you visit a urology clinic and take photos of your penis in an erect state using a digital camera or smartphone beforehand.
These should include an anterior view from the head to the feet, as well as lateral views from both sides of the body.
This will allow the physician to assess whether you have any curvature of the penis or issues with erectile rigidity.

When it comes to the topic of erection angles, particularly in young men, it's important to understand that there is a wide range of normal when it comes to sexual health and function. An erection angle of 80 degrees is not inherently abnormal, and many factors can influence this angle, including individual anatomy, arousal levels, and even psychological factors.
Firstly, the average erection angle can vary significantly among men. While some men may achieve an erection that is perpendicular to the body (around 90 degrees), others may have a more acute angle, such as 80 degrees. This variation is perfectly normal and can be influenced by several factors, including the elasticity of the penile tissue, the strength of the pelvic floor muscles, and the overall health of the individual.
It's also worth noting that the angle of an erection does not necessarily correlate with sexual performance or satisfaction. As you mentioned, you are able to engage in sexual activities successfully, which indicates that your erectile function is adequate. The ability to achieve and maintain an erection, along with the capacity for orgasm, are more critical indicators of sexual health than the angle itself.
Regarding your concern about the angle potentially decreasing with age, it is true that some men may experience changes in erectile function as they age. Factors such as hormonal changes, vascular health, and the presence of medical conditions (like diabetes or cardiovascular disease) can affect erectile function over time. However, this does not mean that a decrease in angle is inevitable or that it will significantly impact your sexual health.
If you are concerned about your erection angle or any changes in your sexual function, it may be beneficial to consult with a healthcare professional, such as a urologist. They can provide a thorough evaluation and address any underlying issues that may be contributing to your concerns. Additionally, they can offer guidance on maintaining sexual health as you age.
In summary, an erection angle of 80 degrees is not abnormal, and many men experience a range of angles. The key factors to focus on are your overall sexual function, satisfaction, and any potential changes you may notice over time. If you have ongoing concerns, seeking professional advice can provide reassurance and help you maintain your sexual health. Remember, sexual health is a complex interplay of physical, emotional, and relational factors, and it's essential to approach it holistically.
