I looked at diagrams of the bladder and penis and noticed that I seem to be experiencing pain in the epididymis and prostate, which typically occurs in the evening.
The pain feels like cramping.
I have also researched conditions such as epididymitis, prostatitis, and testicular torsion, which are associated with severe pain, swelling of the testicles, fever, and sometimes chills, along with pain in the genital area, difficulty urinating, increased urinary frequency, urgency, and rectal discomfort.
However, I do not experience any of these symptoms.
The pain disappears after a night's sleep, and I wake up pain-free the next morning.
What could be the reason for this?
