Chin acne


Hello Doctor: I (male) often get acne on my chin.
Every time one clears up, another one appears, and sometimes several pop up at once, all concentrated on my chin, making it look red and inflamed.
It seems to be caused by hormonal imbalance (e.g., male hormones).
If it is indeed due to hormonal imbalance, how can I address this issue? P.S.
I maintain a habit of exercising, do not stay up late, do not smoke, eat less fried food, and wash my face twice a day—using just water in the morning and a facial cleanser at night.
