Muscle twitching
Hello doctor, recently I've been experiencing frequent muscle twitches, and I can clearly feel them when I stretch.
My limbs are sore even though I haven't done much, and my thumb feels strange.
Occasionally, I find myself shaking involuntarily while sleeping, my face feels numb, and I have trouble sleeping.
I also feel more sensitive to cold and easily fatigued.
After researching online, I found that muscle twitching could be a sign of serious illness, which makes me anxious.
I previously visited a doctor and had some blood tests done, which came back normal.
The doctor said I was too tense, but I feel that I'm not overly anxious.
However, I often feel scared because of the muscle twitches.
