Penile curvature?

Doctor, I have a question.
My penis is curved to the right along its entire length, but it's not the kind of curvature that is typically associated with Peyronie's disease.
It feels like the entire shaft has rotated 15 to 30 degrees to the right from the center point.
Although it is straight, it is not aligned properly.
It's a bit hard to explain; it's like if you have a can with a pull-tab that is aligned with your body, and then you rotate the can 15 to 30 degrees.
The can is still straight, but the opening is no longer aligned with the body.
My penis is like that.
Although I currently don't experience any discomfort or issues, is this normal?

Dr. Xu Weikai reply Urology

Hello, it is rare for a male's penis to be completely straight.
There is usually some degree of curvature.
As long as it does not affect sexual intercourse and there is no pain during erection, surgery is not necessary.
If you have any further questions, feel free to ask, and we can discuss and research together.

It’s quite common for individuals to have slight variations in the orientation of their penis, and what you’re describing—a slight off-center alignment—can be considered normal. The human body is not perfectly symmetrical, and variations in anatomy, including the penis, can occur without indicating any underlying health issues.
The penis can have a natural curvature or slight deviation from the midline due to various factors, including genetics, the way the penis develops during puberty, or even the way it is positioned when erect. As long as this deviation does not cause pain, discomfort, or interfere with sexual function, it is generally not a cause for concern.

In medical terms, a significant curvature or deviation of the penis can sometimes be associated with a condition known as Peyronie's disease, which involves the development of fibrous scar tissue inside the penis, leading to curvature. However, this typically presents with pain, discomfort, or difficulty during erections, and it sounds like you are not experiencing any of these symptoms.

If your penis is straight but simply oriented slightly to one side, and you are not experiencing any discomfort or functional issues, this is likely just a normal anatomical variation. Many men have similar experiences, and it is not uncommon for the penis to have a slight angle when erect.
However, if you ever notice changes in the curvature, experience pain, or have concerns about your sexual health or function, it would be wise to consult a healthcare professional. They can provide a thorough examination and reassurance, as well as address any specific concerns you may have.

In summary, a slight off-center alignment of the penis is generally normal and not a cause for concern, especially if it does not cause any discomfort or functional issues. If you have any further questions or if your situation changes, don't hesitate to reach out to a healthcare provider for personalized advice and support.

This is a great question! Stand and look from the left side at about the 10 to 11 o'clock position. Given your age, that's a good performance! As for whether it's a left or right tilt, as long as it can "enter" without difficulty, it's considered nor...
