Phimosis training sensitivity issues?


Hello Doctor: I have a condition known as phimosis, where the glans does not become exposed during an erection, but I can easily retract the foreskin behind the coronal ridge with my hand during normal circumstances.
I wash it daily, allowing water to flow over it, but due to the phimosis, the glans becomes extremely sensitive once the foreskin is retracted.
I have tried wearing pants after retracting the foreskin, but it feels uncomfortable even when walking.
I would like to know if it is possible to retract the foreskin for 1 to 2 hours after showering each day to help acclimate to the sensitivity? Will retracting the foreskin cause any issues with blood flow? Additionally, do you have any recommendations for training the sensitivity of the glans? I am concerned that during intercourse, the foreskin may retract automatically, leading to excessive sensitivity that could hinder movement, but I am also reluctant to undergo circumcision.
