The formation of warts?
Doctor, I would like to ask if it is normal to experience some tingling after cryotherapy for warts until the next day? Also, since the warts are on my hand, is there a possibility that it is related to masturbation? This is the third time I have had them, and there are some white spots near the junction of my genitals and testicles.

Normal.
Do you mean that it was transmitted to the hands due to masturbation?

More Info
After undergoing cryotherapy for warts, it is not uncommon to experience some pain or discomfort in the treated area. This can manifest as a stinging or burning sensation, particularly in the first few days following the procedure. Cryotherapy works by freezing the wart tissue, which causes cell death and ultimately leads to the wart's removal. The surrounding skin may also be affected by the freezing process, leading to temporary irritation or pain.
Typically, this pain should subside within a few days as the skin heals. However, if the pain persists or worsens, or if you notice any signs of infection (such as increased redness, swelling, or discharge), it is essential to consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation.
Regarding your concern about the relationship between the warts and masturbation, it is important to clarify that warts, particularly genital warts, are caused by certain strains of the human papillomavirus (HPV). HPV is a sexually transmitted infection, and while it can be spread through sexual contact, it is not directly related to the act of masturbation itself. The presence of white spots in the genital area could indicate other conditions, such as pearly penile papules, Fordyce spots, or other benign skin conditions. However, if you are concerned about these spots, especially since you mentioned they are near the genital area, it would be wise to have them evaluated by a healthcare professional.
In summary, post-cryotherapy pain is generally normal and should improve over time. However, if you have concerns about the appearance of new spots or any persistent symptoms, seeking medical advice is the best course of action. Regular check-ups and open communication with your healthcare provider can help manage any concerns related to HPV and warts effectively.
