Hello doctor, I would like to ask about experiencing stomach pain and chest tightness when I feel nervous, along with a general sense of weakness, particularly in my left limbs.
I also have dizziness, difficulty breathing, a sensation of not being able to swallow saliva, and sometimes a sore throat.
My left ear also hurts significantly.
