Am I Experiencing Gynecomastia or Just Weight Gain? My Concerns - Breast and Thyroid

I am unsure whether I have gynecomastia or obesity, which makes me very concerned?


I am approximately 178 cm tall and weigh 77 kg.
However, among my peers of the same age with similar height and weight, my chest is larger and more prominent, which makes me hesitant to stand tall or wear thinner tops.
My nipples do not hurt when pressed, and there are no lumps, but they appear pointed from the side.
I started to worry that I might have gynecomastia.
However, when I encounter cold or stimulating situations, my nipples become more prominent but are not as pointed as when relaxed.
I'm wondering if losing weight will eliminate this issue or if it is indeed caused by gynecomastia.
How can I correctly determine if I have gynecomastia? I am really concerned and don't know what to do, doctor...
