Hello doctor, I would like to ask you about my symptoms.
I have been experiencing chest tightness and pain for a while, but it doesn't happen every day.
It usually occurs more frequently in the afternoon, and the duration of the discomfort varies.
There have been several instances where the pain was quite severe, and I would feel pain on the left side, which would then switch to the right side.
During these episodes, I can feel my heart beating very noticeably.
Sometimes, I take deep breaths or rest to alleviate the pain, and I also experience feelings of heat and weakness in my limbs.
