Hello, doctor.
I am nearsighted with over 700 degrees in both eyes.
A few weeks ago, after doing eye exercises, I suddenly experienced floaters.
They appear when I raise the flag during the day or look at the sky while reading.
At night, when I close my eyes and move my eyes, I even see greenish flashes that last for about a second.
About three weeks ago, I went to an ophthalmologist for a dilated fundus examination, and the doctor said there were no abnormalities and told me not to worry.
However, I am really scared that he didn't check thoroughly, and I even developed depression.
I would like to ask a few questions:

I am only fifteen years old and have high myopia with floaters.
What should I do in the future?

My floaters are web-like and appear all day.
Is there any way to eliminate them?
3.
What should I eat to protect my retina? Can fish oil and lutein improve my condition?
4.
Are the flashes I see when moving my eyes recently caused by the eye exercises I did? Can this damage recover?

The doctor said that warm compresses can relieve eye fatigue.
Can I apply them directly to my eyeballs? Is it possible to do acupressure on my eyes?

What can I do to prevent my vision from deteriorating further? I have a long life ahead of me; this cannot continue.

If you have already undergone an eye examination and there are no issues, you can feel assured to monitor the situation yourself and follow up regularly.

Currently, there is no method to eliminate them, nor is it necessary to do so.

It is permissible.

Eye movements do not typically cause floaters.
