Chest discomfort and restlessness?
Hello Doctor, for the past two weeks, I have been experiencing a feeling of tightness in my chest, and occasionally, I feel a slight pain on either side of my chest, although it is not severe.
A week ago, I also had headaches and nausea, but those symptoms have improved somewhat.
I went to the emergency room where I had an X-ray and an electrocardiogram, both of which were normal.
However, I still feel anxious and tend to think negatively about my condition.
I later visited a clinic, and the doctor mentioned that my symptoms were due to a prolonged cold.
I would like to ask if a cold can cause these symptoms?
