Hello Doctor: My last menstrual period was from January 26 to February 3, and it was normal and regular.
I had sexual intercourse on February 7 without a condom, but it was external.
On February 8, I noticed brown discharge, which continued on February 9 and 10, but the amount was very minimal, almost none.
On February 11, the amount increased, and on February 12, after going to bed early, the discharge stopped.
However, I am worried it might return.
Recently, I have been experiencing a lot of work-related stress and irregular sleep patterns, going to bed only in the morning and getting less than 4 hours of sleep before going to work.
When my period comes, I usually get some small pimples on my chest and back, and I have noticed the same on my chest and back these days.
