Still unable to "do as one pleases."

However, after taking "Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan," I still haven't seen any improvement.
I suddenly realized that this has been going on for about one to two months now, and it's really distressing.
I currently work in Hsinchu from Monday to Friday and only return to Tainan on Friday nights.
I only get to spend time with my wife on Friday nights and Saturdays.
When we try to be intimate, I initially can achieve an erection, but it doesn't last long, and I can't maintain penetration.
If I force it, I end up ejaculating quickly (without a firm erection), which is really unfortunate! I've also noticed that I tend to have erections around 5 or 6 AM, but by the time I need to get up at 7 or 8 AM, it goes soft.
It's not like before, when I would be erect until I used the restroom.
I don't know what to do.

The previous suggestion to use Tianwang Buxin Dan was based on my observation of your stress and anxiety symptoms.
If you continue to take it and make slight adjustments over a period of time, it should yield results.
Unfortunately, in clinical practice, I often encounter patients like you who have the common complaint of wanting immediate results.
It is important to understand that while traditional Chinese medicine may work slowly, its effects are indeed noticeable.
Liuwei Dihuang Wan is used for kidney yin deficiency and upward-heat disturbance, presenting symptoms such as weakness in the lower back and knees, dizziness, tinnitus, night sweats, nocturnal emissions, and heat in the palms and soles.
Banlong Wan is indicated for yang deficiency and impotence, with symptoms including clear and prolonged urination, impotence, cold extremities, weight loss, and fatigue.
Qibao Meiran Dan is used to nourish the liver and kidneys, replenish essence and blood, and improve hair and beard health, particularly for those with kidney deficiency and weakness in the lower limbs.
Which one is better? If there is a tendency towards kidney yang deficiency, Banlong Wan may be appropriate; if there is a tendency towards kidney yin deficiency, Liuwei Wan would be more suitable.
Remember, medicine is inanimate, while people are living beings; there is no absolute good or bad, only what is appropriate or not!
Excessive alcohol consumption and overly cold foods are contraindicated.
Engaging in exercises such as push-ups and frog jumps can strengthen the lower back.
Additionally, applying heat and massaging along the spine from the lower back outward can also be beneficial.
