Erection angle issues?

Hello, doctor.
A few days ago, I visited the urology department regarding my erectile dysfunction issue.
I am 25 years old, and while the hardness is acceptable, the angle of my erection is approximately 90 degrees or even slightly less.
The doctor told me not to worry, as this is normal and that everyone's situation is different.
However, he did not conduct a physical examination and only provided a verbal diagnosis.
I was previously concerned that the hardness might be too soft, leading to erectile dysfunction, but he had me get a blood test for testosterone, which came back normal.
He mentioned that I am still young and shouldn't worry too much.

Since I still have concerns, the doctor prescribed me Changchun Sustained Release Tablets and Mirtazapine.
I am also taking Glutathione and Vitamin C supplements.
Are there any conflicts between these supplements and the medications prescribed by the doctor? Is the angle of my erection really normal? The general understanding is that it should be greater than 90 degrees to be considered normal.
Additionally, I have noticed that during masturbation, the ejaculation starts as a linear spray and then changes to drops.
Is this considered normal? I am really worried.
Thank you for patiently reading my questions, and I appreciate your help.

Due to individual differences, the described situation is generally not problematic and can be considered a normal phenomenon.
Online consultations cannot replace a physician's in-person examination and physical assessment; it is still recommended to seek medical attention at healthcare facilities when there are health concerns.

Understanding the angle of erection and its implications for sexual health can be a source of concern for many men. It's important to note that there is a wide range of normal when it comes to the angle of erection, and individual variations are common.
From the information provided, it seems that your erection angle is around 90 degrees or slightly less when you are aroused. This is generally considered normal. In fact, the angle of erection can vary significantly from person to person and can be influenced by several factors, including body position (standing, sitting, or lying down), level of arousal, and even psychological factors.
The medical community typically considers an erection angle that is less than 30 degrees from the body to be a potential concern, particularly if it is accompanied by issues with hardness. However, if your erection is firm enough to engage in sexual activity, the angle itself is not usually a cause for alarm. Your doctor’s reassurance that your condition is normal is consistent with medical understanding, as long as there are no significant deviations from the norm, such as a severe curvature or a lack of rigidity.

Regarding your concerns about the medications prescribed, it is always wise to discuss any potential interactions with your healthcare provider. The medications you mentioned, such as the ones for erectile function and mood, should be evaluated in the context of any other supplements or vitamins you are taking. Generally, vitamin C and glutathione are considered safe, but it’s best to confirm with your doctor to ensure there are no contraindications with the prescribed medications.

As for the changes in your ejaculation, it is also normal for the force and consistency of ejaculation to vary. The initial phase of ejaculation may be more forceful, while the latter part may appear to be more dribbly. This can be influenced by various factors, including arousal levels, the time since your last ejaculation, and even hydration status.
In summary, your concerns about the angle of your erection and the nature of your ejaculation are understandable, especially given the societal pressures and expectations surrounding male sexual health. However, it appears that your situation falls within the normal range. If you continue to have concerns or if you experience any changes in your sexual function, it would be beneficial to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and peace of mind. Remember, open communication with your doctor is key to addressing any health-related anxieties you may have.
