Irritable palpitations
Sometimes I suddenly feel very annoyed by the things around me, to the point where I feel like vomiting and want to isolate myself in my own world.
Occasionally, this feeling of annoyance is accompanied by a rapid heartbeat, dizziness, and general discomfort.
When I feel unwell, it takes some time for me to feel better.
However, I don't actually dislike these situations; it's just this sudden feeling of annoyance.
I also have some symptoms of mild anemia, so I'm unsure whether this is a personal issue or something else.
I couldn't find any similar situations online, so I would like to consult whether this is normal or if I need to see a doctor.

Experiencing sudden feelings of annoyance, heart palpitations, and dizziness can be distressing and may indicate underlying issues that warrant professional attention. It’s important to understand that these symptoms can arise from various factors, including psychological stress, anxiety, or even physical health conditions.
Firstly, the sudden annoyance you describe could be linked to heightened levels of stress or anxiety. When we are overwhelmed by our surroundings or personal circumstances, our emotional responses can become exaggerated. This can lead to feelings of irritability or annoyance, which may manifest physically through symptoms such as heart palpitations and dizziness. The body’s fight-or-flight response can trigger these sensations, causing your heart to race and creating a sense of discomfort.
Additionally, you mentioned experiencing some anemia, which can also contribute to feelings of fatigue, dizziness, and heart palpitations. Anemia occurs when your body lacks enough healthy red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to your tissues, leading to symptoms like weakness, fatigue, and sometimes an increased heart rate as your body tries to compensate for the lack of oxygen. It’s crucial to address any nutritional deficiencies or underlying health issues that may be contributing to your symptoms.
Given the combination of psychological and physical symptoms you are experiencing, it is advisable to seek professional help. A healthcare provider can conduct a thorough evaluation, including a physical examination and possibly blood tests, to assess your anemia and overall health. They can also help determine if your symptoms are related to anxiety or another mental health condition.
In terms of managing your symptoms in the meantime, consider implementing stress-reduction techniques such as mindfulness meditation, deep breathing exercises, or gentle physical activity like yoga. These practices can help calm your mind and body, potentially reducing feelings of annoyance and discomfort.
Furthermore, maintaining a balanced diet rich in iron and other essential nutrients can help alleviate anemia-related symptoms. Foods such as leafy greens, lean meats, beans, and fortified cereals can be beneficial. Staying hydrated and ensuring you get enough rest is also crucial for your overall well-being.
In conclusion, while occasional feelings of annoyance and physical discomfort can be normal, the persistence and intensity of your symptoms suggest that it would be wise to consult with a healthcare professional. They can provide you with the appropriate guidance and treatment options tailored to your specific needs. Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, and taking proactive steps towards your health is essential for your well-being.
