Severe lower back pain?
Hello doctor, I have been experiencing severe lower back pain for five years.
In the past two years, any walking or prolonged standing causes significant discomfort.
Even simple tasks like washing dishes or mopping the floor become extremely painful.
At its worst, I experience sharp pain that makes it difficult to walk.
I have consulted both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and X-rays have not revealed any issues, but there has been no improvement.
I am unable to determine the cause of my symptoms, which has led me to withdraw from school and prevents me from performing normal activities.
Initially, the pain was on the right side of my lower back, but recently, the left side has started to hurt as well.
