Doctor, may I ask why my girlfriend has suddenly become fatigued? Her work and class schedule have been normal, and previously, she would stay up until 1 or 2 AM regardless of her menstrual cycle, and she was always energetic during the day.
However, ever since her menstrual period ended last week, she has been wanting to sleep by 10 PM and falls asleep by 11 PM.
On days when she doesn't have classes, she lies down on the bed and falls asleep almost immediately.
Her classes are not consecutive; they are about 2 to 4 hours long with breaks in between.
I would like to know the possible reasons for her sudden fatigue, as her daily routine is still the same as before.
