I am currently overweight, weighing 100 kg.
A few years ago, I noticed that the appearance of my abdomen, specifically the upper right quadrant (below the chest), is more protruded than the upper left quadrant, and it feels soft to the touch.
Last August, I underwent an abdominal ultrasound, and the doctor diagnosed me with moderate fatty liver disease, with no issues related to hepatitis B or C.
My liver enzyme levels had previously exceeded 60 but have since decreased to 23 as I have started losing weight.
I asked the doctor about the protrusion, and he mentioned that it could be due to the rib cage being more prominent in that area or that it could be fat, but there is no similar situation on the left side.
