Hello, I have been experiencing a problem with my neck for the past few years where I feel the need to twist it.
Every time I do, there are various popping sounds from the joints, and this has been ongoing for quite some time.
On average, I twist my neck about 5 to 6 times per minute.
However, this habit seems quite unseemly, and I've read online that it could lead to various issues, which makes me hesitant to do it.
Yet, it's really hard to resist the urge.
I'm not sure if I should just twist it occasionally or if there are any suggestions or methods you could provide.
This has been bothering me for several years now, and it's becoming more frequent.
