I have been regularly doing aerobic exercise for a long time, and my health is generally good, with few illnesses.
My exercise habits include an average of 2 hours of moderate exercise daily (cycling, heart rate 130-140), and I often engage in 30 minutes of intense exercise (jumping/running/basketball, heart rate 150).

Regarding my dietary habits:
- I exercise for an hour around 5 AM, then return home for breakfast, which mostly consists of cereal soaked in sweetened soy milk.

- For lunch, I eat a buffet provided by my company, where I consume a considerable amount of vegetables, 1.5 bowls of rice, and an amount of fish, meat, and legumes equivalent to the recommended dietary intake for one meal.

- In the evening, after work, I cycle home for 1.5 hours and have dinner at a buffet, where I eat more vegetables and 1.5 times the recommended amount of fish, meat, and legumes, along with about 1.5 bowls of starch.
I also eat fruit, about one to two servings daily.

Health issues: Since June of this year, I have been experiencing insomnia.
I am taking the following medications: Clonazepam (long-acting benzodiazepine, taken as needed), Sertraline (for autonomic nervous system regulation, one daily), and a short-acting benzodiazepine (taken as needed).
This week, my sleep duration has been around 5 to 6 hours, and sometimes during the day, due to exercise, I need to rest or spend a few hours riding a motorcycle for visits, resulting in light sleep for 1 or 2 hours.

On August 20, 2019, I experienced cold symptoms: itchy throat, cough, and phlegm, but no fever.
On August 21, I slept from around 12 AM to 5:30 AM, engaged in moderate exercise (basketball practice) for 1 hour, and had breakfast at 7:30 AM, which included a serving of radish cake, a tuna egg pancake, and a large cup of soy milk with one tablespoon of white sugar (to replenish carbohydrates after exercising).
At 9:30 AM, I visited a nearby clinic and was diagnosed with a common cold.
The clinic also provided free blood glucose testing, which showed a blood sugar level of 201.
According to the nurse, even after consuming sugary drinks, a typical person's blood sugar would not spike this high.
The same nurse mentioned that blood tests are needed for more information.

Additionally, on a certain day in August 2019, I measured my blood sugar one hour after eating, and I recall it being 107.
