Bleeding after receiving the cervical cancer vaccine?

I would like to ask the doctor about my condition.
I have adenomyosis and infiltrative endometriosis, and I am currently taking Dienogest, having completed five packs.
I started receiving the nine-valent HPV vaccine in November last year, but after the second dose in January, I experienced bleeding that lasted almost two weeks.
Today, after receiving the third dose at noon, I had slight bleeding again in the evening, even though my period just ended last week.
I have not experienced any intermenstrual bleeding while on the fifth pack, but now I am bleeding again after the vaccine.
Could this be related to the Dienogest medication, or is this abnormal bleeding?
Additionally, I had a Pap smear at the end of December last year that showed inflammation.
The doctor prescribed a three-day vaginal suppository, but since then, my discharge has been slightly yellow and somewhat thick, though it is not itchy or foul-smelling, just mildly acidic.
Is this still indicative of ongoing inflammation, or is it normal?
