Hello, after doing some DIY yesterday, I've been experiencing a tingling sensation in my genital area right after finishing, but it goes away quickly.
This morning, I visited a urologist, but the doctor said there was no issue and not to worry, and even discharged me.
However, today I've occasionally felt a sudden pain in my lower abdomen, especially when I exert myself.
