Is it rib flaring or scoliosis?


Recently, I have noticed that my right upper abdomen appears more protruded than my left upper abdomen.
About a year to a year and a half ago, I gained 4 to 5 kilograms, and since then, my upper abdomen has been somewhat more prominent than my lower abdomen.
When lying flat and relaxed, I can see the outline of my ribcage slightly protruding beyond my body.
When I lie flat and inhale while tightening my abdomen, I feel that the right side of my ribcage seems to be higher.
Additionally, my right breast is slightly smaller than my left, but when standing naturally, the nipples appear to be at the same height.
Subjectively, I feel that my upper body is slightly rotated counterclockwise when I stand.
Two years ago, during a school health check, it was mentioned that I have scoliosis, but I am skeptical about this diagnosis.
The doctor asked me to squat down, but I was unsure of the purpose and ended up facing sideways while squatting, which may have led to a misunderstanding and the diagnosis.

I would like to ask: 1.
Could the asymmetry in the height of my ribcage be the reason for the difference in the height of my left and right upper abdomen? 2.
