Hello Doctor: The day before yesterday, I had difficulty having a bowel movement, so I took enzymes and probiotics.
Yesterday, I had three bowel movements; the first one was a normal color and shape, but the third one was dark (somewhat black), unformed, and sticky.
Could this be related to my recent increased consumption of seaweed? This morning, after breakfast, my stool returned to a brown color and felt softer in texture.
My abdomen feels a bit bloated and uncomfortable, but not painful, and I have no other symptoms.
