Should you take probiotics?

I have been taking probiotics for four days.
When I am not taking probiotics, I often feel the urge to have a bowel movement, but I can't always go.
Occasionally, my stomach makes gurgling sounds (similar to flatulence).
Additionally, whenever I eat bread, drinks, etc., my stomach feels uncomfortable.
Is this because there are too many harmful bacteria in my gut? I have seen a doctor and taken medication multiple times, but it hasn't helped.
