Please ask your question?
Doctor, I have a question.
I started masturbating about five years ago, doing it approximately 2 to 3 times a week.
Previously, my foreskin covered the glans, but it gradually began to retract and expose the glans when I started masturbating.
However, I noticed that there are many small, grainy spots on the foreskin that are neither painful nor itchy, and they are still present.
I'm not sure what they are or if they will go away.
Additionally, recently when I masturbated, I noticed that the semen I ejaculated contained short, transparent strands that resembled clear jelly, which I had never experienced before.
When I masturbated again a few days later, those strands were gone, and I only had milky white semen.
Could you please help me understand this? Thank you.

That's great! You have observed very carefully.
Those small dots are a normal phenomenon, so there's no need to worry.
As for the "transparent winter frost," it is a component of semen, and you can observe that it will liquefy on its own in about 30 minutes!

More Info
It's understandable to have concerns about unusual symptoms related to masturbation, especially when they involve changes in the appearance of the penis or semen. Let's break down your concerns into two main issues: the small bumps on the foreskin and the appearance of your semen.
Small Bumps on the Foreskin
The small, painless bumps you are noticing on your foreskin could be several things. One common possibility is pearls or papules, which are small, benign growths that can appear on the penis, particularly around the glans and the foreskin. These are usually harmless and do not require treatment unless they cause discomfort or concern. Another possibility could be sebaceous cysts, which are small lumps filled with oil that can develop in various parts of the body, including the genital area.
If these bumps have been present for five years and have not changed in size, shape, or color, they are likely benign. However, if you notice any changes, such as increased size, pain, or any discharge, it would be wise to consult a urologist for a professional evaluation. They can provide a definitive diagnosis and reassure you about the nature of these bumps.
Changes in Semen Appearance
Regarding the transparent, thread-like substances you observed in your semen, this can sometimes occur due to several factors. The appearance of semen can vary based on hydration levels, frequency of ejaculation, and even diet. The "threads" you described might be spermatozoa or mucus, which can sometimes appear more pronounced depending on the consistency of the semen at the time of ejaculation.
If you notice that this change is sporadic and only occurs occasionally, it may not be a cause for concern. However, if you experience any pain, discomfort, or other unusual symptoms during ejaculation, or if the changes in your semen persist, it would be advisable to seek medical advice. A urologist can perform tests to rule out any underlying conditions, such as infections or other abnormalities.
Conclusion
In summary, while the symptoms you are experiencing may be concerning, they are often benign. The small bumps on your foreskin are likely harmless, and the changes in your semen could be attributed to normal variations. However, if you have any doubts or if your symptoms change, it is always best to consult a healthcare professional. They can provide personalized advice and ensure that there are no underlying health issues that need to be addressed. Remember, maintaining open communication with your healthcare provider about any concerns is crucial for your overall health and well-being.
