Recently, I have been experiencing difficulty breathing when lying down, making it hard to sleep.
I need to elevate my head and neck to feel somewhat better, but even with that, I've still been having some breathing difficulties.
Additionally, I suddenly wake up with a racing heart just as I'm about to fall asleep, which feels quite intense.
Now, even when sitting, I have some breathing difficulties accompanied by chest pain.
The pain is located in the center of my chest or on the left side, and it feels similar to a muscle strain.
When I sit up, it alleviates the breathing difficulty, but I still feel like there is a heavy weight on my chest.
