Long-term insomnia, significant weight loss, and poor appetite issues?
Hello Doctor, for the past two years, I have been unable to sleep more than three hours a night before waking up and being unable to fall back asleep.
I have consulted various psychiatrists and have tried almost all available sleeping medications without success.
My weight was 75 kg at the beginning of April, but it has now dropped below 70 kg, and my appetite has significantly decreased; I only eat reluctantly to take my medication.
I would like to ask which specialist I can consult next.
I have no history of smoking, drinking, or betel nut use.
The only known issues are a deviated septum and rhinitis.
