Hello, Doctor.
I would like to inquire about the issue of having one side of my buttocks larger than the other.
I first noticed this condition at the beginning of this year.
My left buttock appears larger, while my right buttock seems smaller.
I can clearly feel the difference when I touch them, and when I look in the mirror, the right side looks smaller and flatter, lacking in muscle.
The left side looks normal.
Additionally, when I lie down on my left side for a while, I start to feel tightness and a bit of discomfort or pain in my right buttock.
I find that lying on my right side or lying flat alleviates this discomfort significantly.
Therefore, I would like to ask the doctor what might be causing this asymmetry in my buttocks and whether my right side can improve.
