When standing up, the center of gravity tilts to the right, making it impossible to stand straight without leaning against the wall?


As mentioned, I have experienced a similar situation before.
When I wake up, I feel like my body is tilting to one side, as if gravity has changed direction.
I have to lean against the wall to maintain my balance.
Just now, while walking, the same thing happened again.
