Follow-up observations regarding diarrhea and weight issues?


Hello doctor, I am the questioner from #206140.
After about a week of taking probiotics, my mother's diarrhea and abdominal pain have improved.
This week, she has not experienced any diarrhea or pain, and her bowel movements are normal.
Since I previously mentioned concerns about weight loss, I have been monitoring her weight daily since March 2nd, measuring it twice a day: once in the morning on an empty stomach and once an hour after dinner.
Although it has only been a short week, I would like to ask the doctor to help me assess whether these weight changes are normal:
- 3/2: Fasting 47.8 kg, 1 hour after dinner 49.4 kg
- 3/3: Fasting 48.3 kg, 1 hour after dinner 49.6 kg
- 3/4: Fasting 48.3 kg, 1 hour after dinner 49.9 kg
- 3/5: Fasting 48.2 kg, 1 hour after dinner 50.3 kg
- 3/6: Fasting 48.6 kg, 1 hour after dinner 50.4 kg
- 3/7: Fasting 49.9 kg, 1 hour after dinner 51.2 kg
- 3/8: Fasting 49.3 kg, 1 hour after dinner 50.5 kg

Lastly, I would like to ask the doctor about the frequent abdominal sounds I can still occasionally hear.
Although the sounds are much quieter now and can barely be heard from a distance, they are still quite frequent when close by.
