Experiencing ejaculation at the end of urination?
The night before, while urinating and nearing the end (when I needed to shake it off), I suddenly felt a contraction in my testicles (similar to the sensation of ejaculation), and then some clear fluid was released.
Doctor, is this ejaculation? Or is it a nocturnal emission? Or could it be something else? By the way, I haven't masturbated for almost a month (previously about every three to four days); could this have an effect?

More Info
The phenomenon you are describing involves the interplay between urination and the release of fluid from the penis, which can indeed be confusing. To clarify, the transparent fluid you experienced at the end of urination is likely pre-ejaculatory fluid, commonly referred to as pre-cum. This fluid is produced by the Cowper's glands (bulbourethral glands) and serves to lubricate the urethra and neutralize acidity in the urethra before ejaculation.
When you mentioned feeling a contraction in the testicles, this sensation can occur during urination, especially if there is a heightened sensitivity or arousal. The pelvic floor muscles, which are involved in both urination and ejaculation, can contract during urination, leading to sensations that may feel similar to those experienced during ejaculation. This is particularly true if you have not engaged in sexual activity or masturbation for an extended period, as the body can sometimes respond with increased sensitivity or involuntary contractions.
It is important to note that what you experienced is not classified as ejaculation or nocturnal emission (wet dream) since those involve the release of semen, which contains sperm. The fluid you described is not sperm-rich and is typically not considered a sign of ejaculation. However, if you are experiencing these sensations frequently or if they are accompanied by pain or discomfort, it may be worth consulting a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying issues.
Regarding the impact of not masturbating for a month, it can lead to a buildup of sexual tension, which may increase sensitivity and the likelihood of experiencing such sensations during urination. The body has its own way of managing sexual health, and periods of abstinence can lead to various physiological responses, including increased sensitivity in the genital area.
In summary, the sensations you felt during urination are likely related to the normal functioning of the reproductive and urinary systems. If you have concerns about your sexual health or if these sensations become bothersome, it would be advisable to seek medical advice. Regular check-ups and open discussions with a healthcare provider can help ensure that any potential issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
