Later, I researched online and found that soy isoflavones are used for menopausal women, with a recommended daily dosage of 40 mg (up to 70 mg for severe cases).
However, the capsules I have contain 80 mg each! I would like to know what the appropriate daily dosage of soy isoflavones is.
