I have never experienced headaches before, but recently I had two episodes.
Reflecting on my daily activities and diet during those times, the only change was that I consumed pork liver.
Additionally, I was in a state of low blood pressure during my headaches.
Both times, I had pork liver for breakfast, and I can't remember the exact portion, but it was larger than what is typically served in regular eateries.
The first headache started around 7:00 PM, while the second one began immediately after eating.
In both instances, the pain persisted until the next morning.
