Muscle or nerve twitching


For the past couple of days, I have been experiencing a twitching sensation in a nerve in the sole of my foot, which seems to be connected to the nerve in my calf, as I also feel it there.
The twitching occurs approximately every thirty seconds and is quite uncomfortable due to its rapid frequency, making it difficult for me to sleep.
I have tried stretching exercises, but they haven't helped.
I'm worried that this could be a sign of a stroke, as I have never experienced anything like this before.
