Is it safe for me to take them? The ingredients include: sorbitol, yogurt powder, glucose, maltodextrin, citric acid, vitamin C, Yakult flavor, skim milk powder, X-ABC probiotics, and magnesium stearate (from Jian Cheng Technology Co., Ltd.).
