Is it cauliflower?
A few years ago, I developed many granular growths on my foreskin and scrotum, but they haven't increased in number since then.
They are not painful or itchy, and I have not had any sexual experience.
Does this count as genital warts?

More Info
Pearly penile papules (PPP) are small, benign growths that typically appear around the corona of the glans (the head) of the penis. They are often mistaken for genital warts, but they are not the same. PPP is a normal anatomical variant and is not caused by a sexually transmitted infection (STI) like human papillomavirus (HPV), which is responsible for genital warts (also known as condylomata acuminata).
One of the key differences between pearly penile papules and genital warts is their appearance and location. PPP usually presents as small, dome-shaped, white or flesh-colored bumps that are arranged in one or more rows around the glans. They are typically asymptomatic, meaning they do not cause pain, itching, or discomfort. In contrast, genital warts can vary in size and appearance, often appearing as raised, cauliflower-like lesions that may be itchy or uncomfortable.
Since you mentioned that you have not experienced any pain or itching and that the growths have not changed over time, it is likely that what you are observing are indeed pearly penile papules rather than genital warts. The fact that you have not had any sexual experience also supports this, as PPP is not related to sexual activity and can occur in males regardless of their sexual history.
It is important to note that PPP is a normal condition and does not require treatment unless the individual desires removal for cosmetic reasons. If you are concerned about the growths or if they change in appearance, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional, such as a dermatologist or urologist, for a proper evaluation. They can provide reassurance and confirm the diagnosis.
In summary, pearly penile papules are a common and harmless condition that is distinct from genital warts. They are not related to sexual activity and do not pose any health risks. If you have any further concerns or questions about your condition, seeking medical advice is always a good step to ensure peace of mind and proper understanding of your health.
