Feeling a lack of sexual desire?


Hello, Doctor! I am a 36-year-old male and have been experiencing a lack of libido in recent months (although I believe my erectile function is normal, as I sometimes wake up with erections).
Why is this happening? Is it a sign of deterioration? I have had my testosterone levels checked, and they are normal.
Regarding medications, I am taking antidepressants: TOFRANIL (Imipramine) 7 capsules a day, XANAX (Alprazolam) 2 tablets a day, TEGOL (Trazodone) 2 tablets a day, DEANXIT (Flupentixol and Melitracen) 3 tablets a day, and I also take Rogaine (Minoxidil) for hair growth, 1 tablet a day.
If the medications are affecting me, I should note that I was taking these same medications 4 years ago and did not experience a lack of libido then.
