I fell from the third floor?

I am currently studying in the United States.
Last week, I fell from the third floor of my home to the second floor.
I am now unable to sit or lie down.
I feel severe pain in the muscles around my anus.
I can hardly have a bowel movement because I cannot exert any force.
Any movement that involves straining or tightening the muscles around my anus causes intense pain, and I am unable to bend over.
I believe I have some bruising in the area just below my buttocks, near the anus.
I would like to ask if it is possible that I have injured my pelvis.
