Ejaculation issues
Hello: I haven't had sexual experience for over 5 years.
I have a habit of masturbation about once every 2 to 3 weeks, and sometimes I don't masturbate for an entire month.
Occasionally, when I urinate, I notice an unclear fluid that feels slippery, similar to semen.
This situation has been ongoing for several years.
There have been two instances where I ejaculated while watching adult films without any self-stimulation.
Could you please tell me what is going on with these symptoms?

Hello: 1.
The occasional clear mucus that is released during urination or defecation is secretions from the bulbourethral glands, not semen.
It typically occurs during sexual arousal and serves as a lubricant during intercourse, rather than being semen.
2.
It is normal to experience ejaculation while watching adult films; this is a normal physiological response and does not require excessive concern.
Wishing you peace and happiness.

Ejaculation issues can be a source of concern for many individuals, and understanding the underlying causes and implications is essential for addressing these concerns effectively. Based on your description, it appears that you have been experiencing some unusual symptoms related to ejaculation and sexual function, which can understandably lead to anxiety or confusion.
Firstly, it is important to clarify that the experience of ejaculation, whether through sexual intercourse or masturbation, can vary significantly from person to person. The fact that you have not had sexual experiences for over five years and have a sporadic masturbation habit may contribute to your current symptoms. The body can react differently to sexual stimuli, and periods of inactivity can lead to changes in sexual function.
The occurrence of a clear, slippery fluid during urination could be related to several factors. This fluid may be pre-ejaculatory fluid, which is produced by the Cowper's glands (bulbourethral glands) and can be released during sexual arousal, even if ejaculation does not occur. This fluid serves to lubricate the urethra and neutralize any acidity in the urethra before ejaculation. If this fluid is being released without sexual arousal, it may indicate heightened sensitivity or a physiological response that is not uncommon.
Regarding your experience of ejaculation while watching adult films without direct stimulation, this phenomenon can occur and is often referred to as "reflex ejaculation." It can happen when the body is in a heightened state of arousal, even if there is no physical stimulation involved. This can be more common in individuals who have not engaged in sexual activity for an extended period, as the body may respond more readily to sexual stimuli.
It is also worth noting that psychological factors can play a significant role in sexual function. Anxiety, stress, and concerns about sexual performance can impact your ability to engage in sexual activity or may lead to unexpected physiological responses. If you find yourself feeling anxious about these experiences, it may be beneficial to explore these feelings further, possibly with a mental health professional who specializes in sexual health.
If you are concerned about the nature of the fluid you are experiencing or if you notice any other symptoms such as pain, discomfort, or changes in urination, it is advisable to consult a healthcare provider. They can perform a thorough evaluation, including a physical examination and any necessary tests, to rule out any underlying medical conditions that may be contributing to your symptoms.
In summary, while your experiences may be concerning, they are not uncommon and can often be explained by a combination of physiological and psychological factors. Engaging in open and honest discussions with a healthcare professional can provide you with the reassurance and guidance you need to address your concerns effectively. Remember, sexual health is an important aspect of overall well-being, and seeking help is a positive step towards understanding and improving your sexual function.
