Stiffness in the shoulders and neck?


Hello Dr.
Chen: I have been experiencing stiffness in my shoulders and neck for four to five years now, and I have trouble sleeping every night.
The only positions that provide some relief are stretching exercises and sleeping on my stomach.
It has become so severe that sometimes I have difficulty breathing, and I need someone to massage my neck and shoulders to feel a bit better.
