Neck pain and stiffness?


I often experience soreness and stiffness in my neck, mostly on the left side.
The neck pain is intermittent and not particularly worse in the morning.
There is a loud "cracking" sound when I move my neck, and when it feels very stiff, I have to turn it with considerable force.
After turning, I sometimes feel a "pop," as if something inside has broken, but I feel much more comfortable afterward.
