Drinking Yangming wine can lead to bone soreness?


Hello, doctor! I am 39 years old, a housewife, do not smoke or drink alcohol, often stay up late, experience high levels of stress, and frequently eat out.
I usually take vitamins, and this year I've been experiencing soreness in my shoulders, neck, waist, and legs.
Recently, I bought a health tonic hoping to alleviate fatigue and warm my hands and feet during the winter.
I drink it twice a day, 20cc each time.
After a few days of drinking it, I noticed that my left kneecap suddenly felt sore for a few minutes, and the area of an old injury on my right chest also experienced sudden soreness for a few minutes.
Both instances occurred after consuming the health tonic.
In the past few years, I have experienced soreness in my sternum after drinking freshly squeezed orange juice, but not after drinking freshly squeezed lemon water.
