Weight loss cream approved by the Department of Health?

I saw on the news yesterday that the Health Department has approved a new weight loss cream.
Where can I buy it? I am 158 cm tall and weigh 60 kg.
I only eat one or two meals a day, but I still haven't lost weight.
I pay close attention to what I eat and drink plenty of water, but there hasn't been much effect.
The main issue is that my lower body and upper body are disproportionate; my measurements are 34, 32, and 40.
Please help me!

Vicky, 20~29 year old female. Ask Date: 2003/08/27

Vickey: Hello! As far as I know, all medications will have the approval label from the Department of Health, but it may not have any special significance.
I also don't believe that weight loss creams can actually help with weight loss; the most important factor for reducing abdominal fat is exercise.
After calculating your daily caloric needs, it's best to distribute them evenly across three meals.
You should first consult a nutritionist to assess your daily caloric requirements and adopt a calorie-restricted diet.
Additionally, there are many exercises that can target the abdominal area, such as sit-ups, twisting exercises, and leg raises.
For targeting the lower abdomen, you can use your own strength.
Set a daily exercise goal, such as 20-30 minutes of exercise each day, five times a week, and do 5-10 minutes of stretching before bed.
Stay consistent, and I believe you will see results.
Keep it up! - Hsiao-Hui Min

When it comes to purchasing the new weight loss cream approved by the Health Department, it's essential to first ensure that the product is indeed legitimate and safe. You can typically find such products at pharmacies, health food stores, or online retailers that specialize in health and wellness products. However, before making a purchase, I recommend checking the official website of the Health Department or the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in your area to confirm the product's approval status and to find authorized retailers.

Regarding your personal weight loss journey, it’s important to understand that while topical creams may claim to aid in weight loss, their effectiveness is often limited. Most weight loss occurs through a combination of dietary changes and physical activity rather than topical applications. Given your height (158 cm) and weight (60 kg), it seems you are looking for ways to achieve a more proportionate body shape, especially since you mentioned concerns about your body measurements (34-32-40).

You mentioned that you eat one or two meals a day and are mindful of your food choices, yet you are not seeing the desired results. This could be due to several factors. Firstly, eating fewer meals can sometimes lead to a slower metabolism, as your body may enter a conservation mode where it holds onto fat rather than burning it. It might be beneficial to consider spreading your caloric intake across three balanced meals and possibly healthy snacks throughout the day. This approach can help maintain your energy levels and support a more active metabolism.

In addition to dietary adjustments, incorporating regular physical activity is crucial. Engaging in a mix of cardiovascular exercises (like walking, running, or cycling) and strength training can help you build muscle, which in turn can increase your resting metabolic rate. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity each week, along with muscle-strengthening activities on two or more days a week.

If you are struggling with specific areas of your body, such as the lower body, targeted exercises can help. For example, squats, lunges, and leg lifts can strengthen and tone the muscles in your legs and glutes. However, remember that spot reduction (losing fat in a specific area) is largely a myth; overall body fat reduction will help improve your proportions.

Lastly, if you feel that your weight loss efforts are stagnating, it may be helpful to consult with a registered dietitian or a nutritionist. They can provide personalized advice based on your specific needs, help you set realistic goals, and create a tailored meal plan that aligns with your lifestyle and preferences.

In summary, while the new weight loss cream may be available for purchase, relying solely on topical solutions is unlikely to yield significant results. Focus on a balanced diet, regular exercise, and consider seeking professional guidance to optimize your weight loss journey. Remember, achieving a healthy body composition takes time and consistency, so be patient with yourself as you work towards your goals.
