Postprandial hyperglycemia

Li: During my previous visit to the hospital, I found that my blood sugar levels were somewhat abnormal, with a fasting blood sugar of 102 and a hemoglobin A1c of 5.1.
However, I recently noticed some unusual changes in my postprandial blood sugar levels.
About two hours after eating, my blood sugar was around 160, but after 5.6 hours, it remained around 160, and even slightly increased, only dropping to about 100 after approximately 8.9 hours.
I looked online and found that typically, blood sugar levels should start to decline after reaching their peak two hours post-meal.
I'm concerned that this might indicate a serious issue, so I would like to ask if this situation is normal?
