Hello Dietitian Tsai: First, thank you for your response on September 5th.
My weight has decreased from 97 kg to 91 kg.
Over the past 20 days, I have been controlling my diet and monitoring my blood sugar daily, which has mostly remained normal.
However, there were 4 days where my readings were abnormal, primarily after lunch, even though my diet has been relatively consistent.
I would like to ask Dietitian Tsai what might be causing this.

On 9/25, your post-breakfast blood glucose was 103, while your post-lunch blood glucose was 155.
