Huang,
I had a comminuted fracture of my clavicle in a car accident at the beginning of June this year.
I would like to know if drinking caffeinated beverages will affect the healing speed of my bones.
I have also heard that consuming pig's trotters stewed with huai shan (or yam) can help replenish collagen.
