Hello, my boyfriend is 25 years old and recently had a car accident that resulted in a fractured tibia (with pins inserted) and a ruptured diaphragm (which affected his lung).
He just had surgery not long ago.
What should he eat for his three meals to promote healing of his tibia, lung, and surgical incision? Is milk the only beverage he can have? Can he use garlic in stir-fried dishes? Please help...
