Which fruits are edible?


I also have a problem with constipation, but I am currently receiving treatment from a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner and taking herbal medicine.
I have some concerns that trouble me, and I'm unsure about what I should or shouldn't eat.
Does eating apples worsen constipation for those who are already constipated? Should I eat them with the skin or without? What about bananas? Is it true that unripe bananas should be avoided as they may exacerbate the condition? I really enjoy eating guava because it is low in calories and delicious.
Sometimes I eat one guava (seedless) with every meal, and I worry that it might worsen my constipation.

The ripeness of bananas is primarily related to their fructose content, and eating slightly unripe bananas will not cause constipation.
As for vegetables, aim for 3 to 5 servings each day.
Dietary fiber requires sufficient water to effectively promote bowel movements; therefore, if you consume an adequate amount of dietary fiber but do not drink enough fluids, it may lead to discomfort such as bloating and gas.
